These terms describe the basic expectations for using ET, a private personal AI companion and life operating system.
Personal use
ET is intended for personal use to help its user organize everyday information and activities. Use ET lawfully and take care when relying on information it provides.
Connected services
You are responsible for choosing whether to connect third-party services and for authorizing the access ET requests. Connected services, including Google services, are governed by their own terms and policies. You can stop using an integration and revoke its access through the relevant service's account settings.
Availability
ET may change, be temporarily unavailable, or stop working from time to time. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed.
No warranty
ET is provided for personal convenience. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Discontinuing use
You may discontinue using ET at any time. Remember to revoke connected-service access separately in the service's account settings if you no longer want that access enabled.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as ET changes. The date at the top indicates when this page was last revised. Continued personal use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
